It’s a one bed semi-detached house that I have converted the loft space for my own bedroom meaning the master bedroom is not occupied.
I am a live in landlord.
I have an indoor cat as well (no other pets considered, and please be aware of any plants that may be harmful to cats)
The space is a large open room with a bed and wardrobe. There’s a large window that lets in lots of light and is a bright fresh room. The bathroom is a shared bathroom newly redecorated with a large power shower. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, 5 ring hob, double oven and a washer dryer as well.
