Hi! I have a furnished room to let in my house in Bar Hill. FEMALES PREFERRED, as you'd be sharing
a bathroom with one other female, more info on request. The lodgers have sole use of the brand new family bathroom, as I have my own en suite. Full use of recently fitted kitchen, with limited cupboard, fridge, and freezer space. Use of washing machine. On street parking only, very quiet cul-de-sac. The property is professionally cleaned once a fortnight, but the lodger would be responsible for own room, bathroom, and tidying up after themselves in the kitchen, there is a dishwasher. I don't charge a deposit, just a month's rent in advance, payable on the 1st of the month, and a month's notice on vacating. I do have a list of house rules, and a contract agreement to sign. Professionals preferred, please. Also, very importantly, I have two cats that are free to come and go, so no other pets and you must like cats, obviously. Unfortunately, the lounge is not for use by the lodger, as this is room only lodgings, not a house share. Although it states no smoking, this applies to the house only.
