Hi and welcome !

I have a very comfortable room with Kingsize bed available in a quiet neighbourhood. The accommodation offers privacy and shared access of bathroom, kitchen, living area and garden. I have an incredibly friendly medium sized dog, so being animal friendly would be a plus.

Cycle routes link Bar Hill to the City Centre, buses run every 30 minutes and by car you can access the Science Park in 12 minutes. There is good access via the A14 to the City, surrounding villages and for further travel.

The area offers beautiful walks from the doorstep and into the surrounding Nature Reserve. Well-trodden pathways will take you to a great local pub in Dry Drayton.

Bar Hill is a friendly and safe place to live. It has all amenities close by via
well-lit walks. There is a 24 hour Tesco Superstore and petrol station, coffee shops, library, a post office, doctors surgery and dentist. Cambridge Services are a 5 minute drive and offer an M&S plus many other food outlets.

There would be a few house rules as I do value my sleep, so would request no noise after 10pm. You would be welcome to join any social gatherings, but your privacy would also be respected.
