I’m a PhD student in the second year of the degree. I am looking for a someone to replace my current flatmate in a two bedroom flat. The private room has a double bed, and the flat has a kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet room and bathroom. I am looking for a long term tenant and ideally another post graduate student.
The flat is just off Barton Rd (very close to the Co-Op) and 10 minutes walking distance to Darwin College and Queens College (also, close to West Cambridge and Cavendish lab). Rent is £550 per month + approximately £60-70 for bills, and £750 deposit. This doesn’t include Council Tax (non-applicable for students/discounted-rate for professionals since I’m a student).
We would want the new tenant to move in as soon as possible (flexible).
Note: the successful tenant will have to undergo referencing through the letting agency.
