Private garden room in family home for lodger

Garden Room

I am a full time single dad with an amazing daughter who live in the beautiful village of Caldecote and we are looking for a lodger to join us in our peaceful and fun loving family home.

We have a cat called Humbug who also lives with us!

We have a private double garden room to rent with use of the large bathroom in the main house that you will share with Bronwyn.

The room is comfortable and warm with private side access.
Washing machine, broadband, fully fitted kitchen and dishwasher etc in the main house.
High speed internet is included as are all bills.
We ask that you are considerate in your electricity use during these hard times.

The room has just been decorated in a stylish grey and white finish (Awaiting photos)

We are looking for a chilled and relaxed professional who does not work from home.
(strictly no drugs or heavy alcohol use but tea and biscuits are always welcome here)

I work for myself as an artist/designer/prop maker/inventor and performer.

Room is currently furnished with double bed and wardrobe

Great public transport to Cambridge plus off road parking.
