Smart comfortable double en-suite room to let in a quiet house. The room is on the ground floor of a three storey townhouse and is very private. (Kitchen and rest of house are on 1st and 2nd floors). We are looking for a professional to let the room who is looking for their own space Monday to Friday. Access to our well equipped kitchen and utility room (with washer and dryer) is included.
We are a quiet friendly professional family, looking for someone to respect our space and in return we will respect yours. We are used to having professionals lodging with us.
Parking is available right in front of the house (outside the front of the room). BT infinity broadband is included within the price as are all bills. Towels and bedding are provided. The room is yours to keep clean and change bedding etc. Spare bedding and towels are included, as is full access to the washer and dryer and cleaning equipment.
