I have a large spacious, comfortable double room in a 4 bedroom house. The room is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a good sized wardrobe and plenty of drawers. The occupant will have sole use of the family bathroom and there is shared use of lounge with TV, dining room and kitchen. Appliances include washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. Central heated, garden and off road parking. Sharing with a straight single professional female with a cat.

This will suit someone working locally and going home at weekends. Monday to Friday let only. Comfortable clean warm house in desirable area.

Rent includes all bills.

Cambourne is a new development 7 miles west of Cambridge with easy access to the A428, A14 and M11 and also has good local transport links for Cambridge, Papworth and St. Neots. It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop.

Cambourne has a Morrison Supermarket, Chinese, Indian, Fish & Chip Shop, Domino's Pizza, Pub, Leisure Centre, Community Centre, Library, Church, Building Society, Tennis Courts, Dry Cleaners, Chemist and Doctors Surgery.

I am looking for a professional, who does not smoke or has pets.
