Spacious double room for rent in lovely 2 bed property in Mill Road area. The property has a spacious living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom and garden to the rear. The property also has on street parking. The house is fully furnished. My current housemate is moving out and so I am looking for someone to replace her asap. The property is available from January but I would be open to people who would wish to start renting later.
I am doing a bio science PhD and would be open to both students (postgraduate) and professionals alike. Although I would prefer a female housemate I would also consider a male one. I have a small black cat so any new housemate would have to be open to having her around. I have a busy work schedule but in my spare time enjoy music, films, tv and getting out & about occasionally on my bike. Would love someone who is respectful of personal space but is sociable and would be happy hanging out in the evenings.
