Hello! We are looking for a housemate to move in as soon as possible. The room is semi-furnished (bed and bookshelf) and in a three-bedroom terraced house in Arbury, Cambridge. It is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15 minute walk to the locals shops. The house has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, washing line, bath shower, shed and a large garden. There are currently two students living in the residence. Available to couples but is a small room. Bills are about £30, not including council tax, and rent is £400.
