A large double room is available for a professional female who wants to live in one of the most beautiful, comfortable houses in Cambridge close to the station, Addenbrookes and the city.

The house

It's spacious, light and airy with a huge kitchen, double-sized living room, garden with shed for bikes and three bathrooms (2 ensuites). Downstairs are lovely wooden floors, whilst upstairs are new, cosy carpets. We've furnished it with a comfortable sofa, lots of kitchen tools (microwave, double oven, Nepresso machine, etc.), TV (with Netflix). The broadband is superfast 100mb Virgin. Parking is available by permit, which is £50 p/y. We have a professional cleaner twice a month.

The room

The room is a large double room with an ensuite shower room, it is at the top of the house so is full of sunlight and warmth. It is such a great room but I will be away on various trips over the next 3 months so I am looking to rent my room out during this time. An extension to the rental period of 3m can be negotiated up to a maximum of 5m if this fits your needs. I will need to charge for the full 3m rent upfront - this will avoid the need for a deposit and references.

What we're looking for

Someone who enjoys having friends over for meals or board games nights or chilling out watching a film. The spaciousness of the house also offers plenty of privacy if you want it. I have lived in this house for 9m and absolutely love it here both in terms of the house, location and the great housemates. We are looking for a friendly professional, ideally female to balance the house (as we have found it works very well with 2 men 2 women) who wants a comfortable, clean place to call home.
