A double ensuite bedroom on the 2nd floor of the house is available from 2 February in this clean, comfortable & friendly semi-detached house.

You pay £50 each month for energy and water bills. I will refund you if the total bills for energy and water are lower than what you pay. [The bills are divided by three tenants.] You do not need to pay for council tax, TV license and broadband.

The phone has an evening & weekend free-call plan. The freeview TV and the free broadband, including Wi-Fi, are in place. No charge for council tax.

The family room (3. 80m x 3. 64m) and the kitchen (4. 82m x 2. 81m) are linked together; so we have a large space in that area. There is a 3m x 3. 5m conservatory in the back garden.

Cambourne is just 7 miles to the west of Cambridge. Citi 4 runs between Cambridge city centre and Cambourne up to every 20 minutes throughout the day. In the morning and evening peak hours, buses stop on the Business Park. At all other times buses stop on Broad Street and Cambourne Road. Citi 4 also goes on to St Neots once every hour including the railway station.

Stagecoach Service 18 runs from Cambridge to St Neots/Gamlingay via Cambourne and provides a bus service to Comberton, Toft, Barton, Gamlingay and Bourn. The service runs once an hour.

Whippet Bus Service number 1 which runs from St Ives to Cambridge via Hilton and Papworth also calls at Cambourne.

If you drive, it is very convenient to commute to Cambridge or Huntingdon or St Neots. It takes just 15 minutes to get to Cambridge Science Park.
