The house is in Chesterton, close to the Green Dragon Pub and river Cam. There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet upstairs, and downstairs the house has an open plan Kitchen and living / dining room. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven and hob, bread maker and other equipment. There is a conservatory that looks out onto an ample sized garden which is perfect for summer barbecues.

From the house, the town centre is a pleasant 25 minute walk along the river and Tesco Newmarket Road is approximately 12 minutes by foot. The house is two minutes walk from a bus stop on the number 2 bus route that serves the town centre and Addenbrookes’ hospital. The property does not have separate parking, but it is possible to park on the street beside the front garden.

The rent is £570 per month, and the price includes bills (including council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, TV licence, channel package).
