We are a mixed crowd from Italy, Germany and the Philippines bringing our different cultures together. We love to not just live together, but also to share some of our free time with each other. We do sports, relax in the close by park or in our garden and cook together.
If we are not at home, we are working. One of us is doing a PhD in cancer sciences. The another two work as nurses in the hospital.
We are looking for a nice, sociable person to join us in our lovely little terrace house.
We do have a small garden with a shed and a BBQ. We also share a kitchen with dish-washer and washing machine as well as a big living room. Moreover, we have a garage to store our bikes and a parking lodge in front of the house. The two bathrooms are shared between all of us.
Bills will include: Internet (12£/month), Gas (~20£/month) and water (~60£/6month). Deposit (£630) Rent for the single room (£384/month)
