A double room for single occupancy

I am looking to let on a monday to Friday basis

A nice clean room in a quiet house suitable for a professional independent person

Double bedroom for single occupancy.
Shared bathroom (Shower no bath),
Use of kitchen for preparing your meals.
Use of garden.
There are Free Parking bays available opposite the house
You will be responsible for your own meals,
You have use of the kitchen for this purpose, using your own food etc, you will be provided with a cupboard & a shelf in the fridge for your use, also a table in the kitchen to eat your meal if you prefer not too eat in your room
My home is near the A14/science park, it's a 15 min cycle ride to town/Grafton centre/ Anglia University.
The local Bus stops opposite my house, it goes to town/ station/addenbrookes hospital is just 15 mins on the bus to town. 25min to Addenbrookes
The. Guided bus is a 5min walk.
Histon & Cambridge North train station is a 10min cycle ride
Local shops, doctors, dentist all within walking distance.
There are 2 hotels nearby.

I require a photo copy of your passport if your a visitor to the uk please.

Deposit is only in case keys are lost, and locks need replacing. To be returned on leaving when keys handed back
