The apartment is situated in Trumpington area in the new development. It’s well kept and modern.
The double bedroom has a queen size bed and a large triple mirrored wardrobe, working desk, it comes with separate private bathroom (shower over a bath).

There is a bicycle store available with lots of spaces and some visitors’ car parking spaces too however subject to availability. Should a permanent car parking space be required then additional charge would apply of £25 per calendar month.

The bedroom is priced relatively low for this area as it is available on an initial 3 months basis and one month rolling basis thereafter. This is due that I have recently advertised the apartment for sale so I will be looking for a buyer... however that takes time though ..... Should the apartment sell when you are living here I would easily be able to provide with 2 months notice at least.

The apartment is very close to guided busway, cycle path, Waitrose, local park and the Addenbrooks hospital.

Electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax bills included.

I have lived in the apartment now for over two years and absolutely love the area. I am a live in landlady and work in one of Cambridge colleges.
