Room available in fun, friendly house

Hi

We have a room coming up in our house - its a small double in a 3 bed house with 2 great housemates. There is a large sitting/dining room with a dining table, garden with multiple sheds and, if the weather is as nice as last summer, inflatable pool. The room has an additional large cupboard on the landing and there's extra storage in the attic.

We have 1 sociable and playful cat who is always keen for a snuggle or a chase with the laser pointer.

Cat and I are both sociable and try to both be in the house to catch up (or to go out for a drinks) a couple of times a week but we've both also got lots of things going on. Obviously with lockdown we have been in the house much more but we have an outdoor space to help with sanity.

Currently Cat works from home in her bedroom, Meg works from home 2-3 days a week. There would be room for the new person to work in the communal space or summerhouse as needed.

The rent is £500 a month including all bills, we don't have a cleaner but we all put some effort into keeping the house clean and tidy.

The room is available furnished or unfurnished.
