Sociable house share in Mill Road area

Because our current housemate is moving to Brussels we are looking for a third person to join our sociable houseshare in the Mill Road area. Please note: because our current landlord is moving back to Cambridge, we have to move mid-April:( We are currently looking for a similar house (in term of size/location/price) and hope the new housemate would be willing to move with us. Of course we cannot guarantee that this will all work out as planned, but we are optimistic.

About the (current) house: It is a really amazing house, three floors with a large living room, huge modern kitchen with large dining table and a beautiful garden with large shed. It is one of nicest house I've seen in Cambridge, on a quiet road in the Mill Road / Romsey area, about 10 min walk from the train station. The available room is a small(ish) double (3.35 x 2.62) facing the garden. It is furnished with a bed and some build-in shelves.

About us: Rob (34) is from the Netherlands but has lived in various places the last couple of years (Ghana, Berlin). He works a lecturer in education & international development at the Faculty of Education. Richard (30) is from Leicester, has a degree in chemistry and works for a start-up. We both moved to Cambridge about a year ago. We regularly cook / bake / brew beer / watch films together and have occasional house parties and other gatherings.
