Double Room near Cambridge Station

We are a group of 23 to 30 year old multi-professional people, with a variety of interests and hobbies. We take a lot of pride in our home and garden. We enjoy socialising as a house, whether it be cooking dinner, watching a film or going to the pub.

We are looking for someone to be part of our home, not just to rent a room. Preferably someone sociable and with varied interests. Gold stars will be awarded for: good chat, a love of food, interest in music.

We have occasional visits from various pets, so if you have allergies please be aware that this house may not be suitable for you.

We share the living room, kitchen and storage spaces. We have a small secure garden with a small herb patch and small shed. In the summer you can find us in the garden with Aperol Spritz in hand. In the winter, we are often on the sofa watching tv and eating good food. The kitchen is fully equipped and we also have a washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has a radio, tv, Sofa’s and plenty of wine glasses. The house is 3 stories.

The room is a bright double room with extra large storage cupboard. The room has an en suite with shower, toilet and wash basin. The room is on the top floor and road facing, the en suite is garden facing.
