The rent is £595/month plus a fixed share of bills of £90 totalling £685/month. There is superfast broadband and a cleaner twice a month.

The house is close to Abbey Sports centre, on bus route 3 to the city centre, station and close to Addenbrookes and Marshalls and has good road links out of the city to A14, A10, A11 and M11
