Double Room in a Shared House off Mill Road

Friendly PhD house share off Mill Road looking for a new housemate.

I'm moving out of my lovely double room on Cavendish Road and am looking for a tidy, friendly housemate to take my room from the 23rd June for a long term let. The house is shared with 3 PhD students. We are looking for somebody who is respectful & sociable who enjoys the odd shared house meal and film night, but has a life of their own outside of the house as we are often doing our own things on an evening.

There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and spare room for guests to stay in. There is secure bike storage in the garden also.

Location is fantastic, the room is 15 minutes walk away from the train station and a 20 minute walk into town. Mill Road area is a wonderful place to live with lots of independent cafes, shops and a greengrocer nearby.

Students preferred but professionals also welcome, no shift workers please.

Rent is £480 per month plus bills. Deposit is £450.

Room is fully furnished (excluding the armchair & footstool and bed side table which are my own).
