Room to let in large, well located town house.

Hello!

We have a spare room in our lovely home, located very close to the hospital, the train station, and 40 minute walk into central Camb.

The room has an en suite, and is located at the top of the house (4th floor, sorry...) away from anyone else.

You will be sharing the house with myself, with the return of my parents from Portugal in October until January- when they will likely be heading back to Portugal.

I am a very easy going, sociable chap with a wide range of interests and hobbies.

All I ask is that you are respectful to the house and myself by maintaining a clean and tidy existence, and refraining from hosting raves on the terrace.

As it is just myself for extended periods, we are looking for a mature and friendly student or professional who needs somewhere safe and welcoming to stay, but does not mind a quieter household. We would prefer a female out of personal safety concerns.
