The house has a conservatory which is used as a living room which is very comfortable, a dining room with a dining table and plenty of fridge and freezer space, a nice kitchen with plenty of utensils and cupboard space, 2 bathrooms both with showers and one bath. The room is a very good size for the value.
The location is near a good local pub called the Queen Edith and decent Parks. Work wise it is next door to Addenbrooks, a 5-10 bus trip from Cambridge centre, and a short bus trip again to the Science Parks and ARM. The main bus station of Addenbrookes is about 400m away with alot of link connections.
References will be required.
