Double room in a beautiful house

Conservatory

Spacious double room (14 square meters) in a shared bungalow house in CB4 area shared with two other professionals.
The room has a single bed at the moment but it is possible to change it with a double bed. The room has lots of storage space and good natural light (two windows). We are looking for a friendly and tidy professional / student to share the house with.

We enjoy a peaceful evening after work, chatting, sometimes cooking and watching tv/movies. The house has a huge beautiful garden, which is the host to a few regular visitors from the animal kingdom, including Mr Fox, Miss Muntjac and a shy kitty of a neighbour who sometimes chooses to rest in the back of the garden, and wouldn’t like to be approached by humans. He’s just automatically not impressed by you!

The house if full of painting and ceramic pieces as one of us is doing painting and pottery.

With all that said, the house runs on a no pets policy. Also we afraid the room is only for non-smoker individuals, and not available for couples.

Important distances:
~2—3 min cycling to Aldi and Co-op
~10 min cycling to city centre
~10 min cycling to science park
A bus station is right in the corner

Communal areas:
2 toilets, 1 bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, Conservatory,
There is also plenty of car park space, a storage room (for bikes etc), and a workshop.

High speed wifi (100Mb/s)
All bills included.

The room might be available for a short stay but will be slightly more expensive. We can negotiate if we like each other!
