Double room and separate storage room to rent in a three-bedroom in the west of Cambridge, on the corner of Grantchester Street and Barton Road.

The flat is occupied by two other professionals in their 20s. We are busy professionals who are quiet, respectful, and generally keep to ourselves, and are looking for someone of a similar disposition to take this room.

Rent is £450 a month not including bills.

Water, electricity, and internet are shared equally among the three tenants.

The room is available from 22 August.

THE HOUSE:

The tenant will have two rooms to themselves: a bedroom and a separate storage room.

The rooms are technically unfurnished but (for no cost) the current tenant will be leaving a full double bedframe and mattress, chest of drawers, desk, and chair in the bedroom and a wardrobe/storage unit in the storage room. These can be removed if requested.

There is a shared kitchen including fridge, freezer, and washing machine, and also a bathroom with bath and shower.

THE AREA:

The flat is in an excellent location on the corner of Lamma's Land, a 15-minute walk into the centre of town, a 30-minute walk to the train station, and right next to Grantchester Meadows.

There is a Co-Op next door, a local shop across the street, and a bakery around the corner.
