The 2nd floor consists of an en suite double. Garden to the rear of the property with space to lock bikes; accessible by alleyway down side of house.

The current occupants are young professionals many of whom work in the science/technology industry. We are sociable bunch and regularly hang out as a house. We spend a lot of time in the evenings, cooking, watching TV and generally chilling out after work. Looking for a clean, friendly housemate who will get on well with the current flatmates.
