Hi everybody!

A double room with en-suite bathroom is available in a nice well maintained shared house for a single person (a lady). The House located in a nice and silent area Cambridge CB4 5-10 minutes walk from Aldi and bus stop and 10 minutes cycling from the centre. The house has 3 bathrooms with toilettes, a large garden, a big private car park on the driveway, fully equipped kitchen ( except dishwasher), a garage and a small house in the garden what we use as a party or playing room. The room is furnished but you can bring anything what you would like to and we can change it to feel yourself more comfortable.
All the current tenants are working full time. We are looking for a Lady to join our small community.
The price is 750 pcm plus a month deposit. The price includes all the bills and the internet too.
