I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy in January. The rent is £520 a month and doesn't include bills, but the bills only cost an extra £40 a month,
The house is located next to the Newmarket Road and the river, and is a 5 minute walk to Tesco and no more than a 10 minute walk to and from Anglia Ruskin University and the Mill Road.
The current housemates are good people who are welcoming.
