it is in a quiet residential street, 20 minutes walk from the city centre; close to the university sites; and a main bus route is nearby.
The room is large and overlooking the garden with built-in wardrobes; table and chair, as well as a comfortable single bed.
The house is clean and reasonably well- maintained. I live in, but am pretty relaxed - with the main stipulations are that tenants are quiet at night,(10pm to 7am) this includes talking and are not wasteful of utilities which are included in the rent, including wifi and council tax.
It is a quiet, but friendly house.
