Hello, we are Nick (29) and Tomasz (31) and Eleni (25) and we are looking for a female tenant to stay at our sweet house on Coldham’s Lane near Sainsbury’s on Brooks Road.
We have just just decorated everywhere and are keen to get relaxed, clean and friendly housemates to stay in the double room (£525 bills included). This is a quiet house so you must not make much noise after 10pm. We clean up after ourselves, have a weekly cleaning rota, but other than that the house is just chilled. There is a garden, one bathroom to share, and a driveway for parking two cars on. 350Mb interenet (very fast!) The house warms up quickly when we put the heating on.
One months notice if you want to leave. One months rent deposit. Scan of ID and employment contract required if you’d like to move in.
