Housemate wanted: to move in as soon as possible.
Double room, ~ £600/month
We are three friends living in a lovely rented house very close to the centre (right between the Grafton and Parker's piece).
One of us is sadly moving back to the States, and we would like to find a nice new housemate to take his room. The contract would be for at least six months- but could be extended further- which is helpfully flexible.
We are friendly, normal people; fairly tidy and very easy-going. One man (24 year old gardener) and one woman (27 year old PhD student). We all respect each other's space (obviously) and do our own thing, but at the same time we like to cultivate a sociable vibe in the house and are seeking a housemate who enjoys same. We like cooking delicious communal means, and having a few drinks in the evening (maybe over a boardgame).
Please message me if you're interested or would like any more information. We can all meet and chat digitally, and do a virtual tour of the house if you like (since viewings are unfortunately out of the question right now).
