Three university researchers (post-doctoral + PhD) living in a lovely four-bedroom house on Sturton Street seeking a sociable and tidy professional (or PhD student) to move in, preferably who enjoys exercise/the outdoors, cooking, reading and pub quizzes. 



The room available is a modest double with a nice leafy view out to our and the neighbours’ gardens at the back. PLEASE NOTE: As can be seen in the photo the room is only part-furnished with a desk and clothes rail (it was being used as a study during lockdown) - storage/a bed will need to be purchased for it. We are more than happy to provide measurements and help coordinate an ikea/furniture order prior to moving in and to help assemble. It shares a bathroom with two other rooms, though there is also a downstairs toilet. 




We are a 5-10 minute walk from Mill Road, with loads of great + reasonably priced cafes and restaurants and about a 10/15 minute brisk/leisurely walk from the station. A permit for on street parking can (we think) be arranged with the council.



Base rent is £495/month, excluding bills / council tax, which would be around £85/month total, so ~£580/month total.
