We have two rooms. Three people live in this house and they are master and PhD students. Two large single room £500 per month (no min, no max term). Also, the double room is £550. The house is great with a big shared kitchen and a large living room, large storage and a beautiful garden and car park. All furniture is available (sofa, worktable, wardrobe, two single bed for the double room (it is possible to combine for one double bed), desk, office chair, chairs etc. No couple, So looking for okay with that the rooms will be available in February.

LOCATION

The location of the property is excellent with Newmarket Road, supermarkets (Aldi, Tesco, Lidl, and Asda). It retails parks nearby and the renowned Mill Road area with its mixture of shops, cafes, and within a 10 minutes cycle ride. The City Centre is accessed by excellent bus routes or is a 12-minute cycle ride on dedicated cycle lanes. The A14 motorway can be accessed within a few minutes by car.
