Double room in friendly house in Orchard Park

The room

We're looking for a friendly and tidy person to move into our shared house in Orchard Park. There are currently three guys in the house, one of which is in the process of buying a house, and one handsome cat.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk in it at the moment but any of the furniture can be removed in advance if you have your own.

The house is pretty modern with separate spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms and very little competition to use them as our schedules rarely overlap.

There's a garden and a shed that has enough room for bike storage. There's also space to park your car if you drive.

There's a Tesco local a three minute walk away and a larger Tesco which is a five minute drive away. The city centre is a twelve minute cycle ride away.

Council tax, gas, electricity, internet, and water are all included in the rent. We can do in person or remote viewings. We'd like to make sure that whoever moves in is a good fit.
