Hey lovely people! :)

Don't worry, we're not another corporate trying to fill rooms up! We have a large double room available in our house share for professionals to move in right away. This would especially suit someone working at the Cambridge Science/Business Park or a commuter as it has great access to the A14/A10/M11 and to the new Cambridge North station.

The room (£475):
* Double (with plenty of floor space, especially if you need to add a desk etc)
* Furnished inc triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and brand new (May 2021) mattress. There is also a desk left from the last housemate (not in the picture)
* New bed was added a few years back
* Includes all bills and added extra's
* Located downstairs at the back of the house, overlooking the garden
* Available now and therefore a slight preference to those not aiming to wait ages to move

NB - We reduced the rent of the room a little to help with filling it during Covid, but this is fixed and will never change.

The house:
* Microwave, Gas oven, 2 Fridges, 2 Freezers, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, plenty of kitchen cupboards, crockery/utensils (but always welcome to contribute a new wine glass or two!)
* Wifi Super Fast Fibre Broadband - up to 36Mbps
* Power Shower - No limitations on hot water/heating etc
* Separate bathroom and toilet
* Garden
* Canopy for bike storage
* Sadly not suited to couples or pets :( Sorry!
* Lounge - super comfy sofa's, promise
* Plenty of on-street free parking
* No rubbish agency fees!
* For people that will want to stick around at least 6 months and pay a deposit equivalent to a month’s rent

Location:
* CB4 - St Kilda Avenue
* Quiet leafy street, mainly families
* Tesco, cash machine and Chinese takeaway/chip shop less than 1 minute walk
* Great location for A14, A10, M11 or Guided Busway
* Less than 15 minute cycle to town, 20 minutes to Mill Road
* Pretty close to Cambridge North train station (20 minute walk)
* Citi 1 bus stop a minute away or the Busway A/C/N routes 5 minutes away
* 10 - 15 minute cycle to centre of town, 20 minutes to Mill Road - depending on wind and weather etc
* Walking to the city centre will take about 45 minutes or it's about £8 in a taxi at the end of the night.

Us:
* 3 housemates currently (one of whom is the landlord) that are looking forward to finding our fourth and missing our friend about to leave us :'(.
* 2 guys (but not really super laddish) and one girl, all well experienced with house sharing. We're open to either gender, though have a slight preference to a female to have an awesome 50/50 gender split.
* Mid to late twenties and professionals
* Covid conscious, we've not had guests over unless in a committed relationship (none at present)
* Friendly, very relaxed and sociable - generally there's always something going on somewhere - especially keen to find someone that will be good company when things start to reopen only to existing households!
* Awesome ;)
