Hi, we are looking for two people to take over the contract starting from April for the remaining 6 months (until the end of September). Both rooms are en-suit, the rent of one room is £450 and the rent of the other is £500.
About the room:
two lovely rooms, en-suit in a light, spacious and friendly houseshare on George Street (coop close by, very quiet and residential area). The rooms are fully furnished: desk, wardrobe, bed, shelf and importantly a bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink unit.
About the household:
The remaining 5 wonderful housemates you will join are all PhD students and post-docs friendly, clean and social (while still respecting privacy).
About the house:
• kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer
• large kitchen
• garden
• shared living room
• plenty of storage space
If you have any questions about anything, please feel free to drop me a message. I can organize viewings virtually via video call or in-person, so let me know if you want to set something up.
Looking forward to hearing from you 😊
