The house is in Orchard Park, close to the Science Park with easy access to City Centre via Guided Bus (Stop just a 4min walk from the house) and just between two major junctions on the A14 to reach M11, A10 and A428 with ease.

There are also convenient shops and a Pizza Hut only 10 minutes away!
This room comes with all bills included, and a cleaner comes fortnightly to clean all communal areas.

The rooms are furnished to a high standard and the price includes all bills: Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax and Super Fast Broadband AND cleaner AND gardener.

On the house's ground floor, we have a spacious kitchen/diner with plenty of storage and fridges, a washing machine, and a wonderful dishwasher!

There's also a room we use as an airing cupboard where to dry our clothes and towels, so we don't have to have them in our rooms!

We enjoy spending time in the living room but enjoy our own personal space sometimes too.

There's also a garden to chill in the sun and parking spaces at the back of the property. A garage will keep your bikes safe!
