Ideally located for access to the City Centre and the Science/ Business Parks to the north of Cambridge. Rent is £475 per month - all bills and Wi-Fi included. The house offers a small kitchen, large bathroom, shower-room and storage room, although there is no dining or living room. The room comes with a large built-in cupboard and a large TV. Off-road parking is also available. The house is to be shared with three professionals who are looking for a clean, non-smoking professional who would treat the house as their home (No students - sorry!).
