There is no deposit, so you can be certain that you won't loose one at the end of your tenancy ;) I take time to get the room rented as I am careful with who I rent it to, I do all I can to ensure the right people live in the house.

No hidden costs. Assured shorthold tenancy will be signed.

The house is situated in a quiet area, 7 min walk to Science park, good access to A14, nearby citi1 bus stop, guided bus stop and Cambridge North train station.

The house has been refurbished, it is quiet (no parties) and fully furnished, warm in winter. It is equipped with BT Infinity broadband and a TV.

There is a shared living room with a dining area, shared kitchen, two bathrooms, conservatory and a garden. There is a parking space in the court (subject to availability) and off-road parking space, a shed for bikes and also a space in a back garden for keeping the bikes.

The tenants in the property are 2 males and a female, working professionals. in their 20th - 30s.

Non-smoker (smoking not allowed in the house) clean, quiet, tidy and considerate person is preferred. Short-term tenancy welcome.
