I have a double room along with a smaller room which could act as a study/home office, available in a terraced house in central Cambridge. Near to Murray Edwards and Fitzwilliam Colleges. I have a small very friendly hypoallergenic dog. There is a small garden. Easy walking distance from city centre. Close to shops on Histon Road and in Eddington.
I will be. a live in landlady but estimate that I will only be at the property for between 10-20% of the time. When away the house is yours!
I will expect you to pay towards bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax). I do not want a smoker or anyone who drinks heavily. I am relatively quiet and fairly laid back and easy to get on with. The dog is exceptionally easy to get on with!
