The room is a beautiful, fully furnished and spacious double bedroom in an ideal location between Science Park and City Centre, easy access to A14/M11/A10. It is well served by public transport (every 10mins to city centre) 11 mins to city centre and 6 mins to Golden Hind Pub (if you work in Science Park, you will know which one it is). Cambridge North Station is so conveniently close (5min bike ride).

We have local facilities and amenities within walking distance and include a local butchers, international and convenience shops, coffee and chip shops, a Chinese takeaway and more... (so convenient after work or on movie nights!)

The house has a fully fitted kitchen complete with oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, two fridge freezers. A spacious living/dining room where you can socialise at the end of your day. There is also a cloakroom and a family bathroom too (one bedroom has an ensuite, so less people to share the bathroom with!).

In the winter, the house is warm thanks to gas central heating, and there's also an off road parking to the front and garden to the rear. No one is using it, so, if you have a car, you get dibs.

The price​ ​of​ ​the​ ​rooms ​include​ ​ALL​ ​bills:​ ​water,​ ​electricity,​ ​gas,​ ​council​ ​tax,​ ​superfast internet​ ​in​ ​the​ ​whole​ ​house and there's a cleaning company that comes fortnightly to take care of the communal areas. However we try to apply the Clean As You Go Principle to make sure we enjoy a clean and presentable home throughout the week.
