The house has a communal kitchen with cooker, microwave, 2 fridges, washer/dryer and kitchen cabinets. There is a sitting room with dining table, sofa, armchair and TV. The house has five bedrooms. There are two communal shower rooms each with shower, toilet and washbasin. One room has an ensuite, so four people share the two communal shower rooms. The communal areas --- kitchen, sitting room, hallways and two shower rooms --- are cleaned every fortnight by a cleaner. Current tenants include a male researcher, female PhD student and a male PhD student.

The room will be suitable for quiet, non-smoking, clean, tidy singles --- post-graduates or professionals. No pets, couples or children. The rent is £390 per month and is inclusive of Council Tax, electricity, gas, central heating, water rate, broadband and cleaning of communal areas every fortnight. References will be required from anyone taking the room and right to rent checks carried out as required by present legislation.
