Living/dining area

I'm leaving Cambridge for fieldwork abroad, and looking for a tenant for the room in the lovely Cambridge house we're renting!

The house is a three bedroom end of terrace house on Chesterton High Street with lovely back garden (including a patio, pond and occasional visiting frog/hedgehog!), big living/dining room and a conservatory that can be used as a home office. There's also a bathroom with a shower & bath.

The bedroom has a single bed frame (a mattress would be needed), set of drawers and wardrobe. I've had a double bed in it before, so that would fit if you wanted (though doesn't leave much floor space!).

The rent is currently £476 per month (but likely to go up by £10-£40 when the contract is renewed in mid-October). Bills (gas & electric, water and wifi) come to £63 per month. The council tax is £60 a month when split between all three people (Band C).

We'd ideally like someone who would be up for (preferably vegetarian) communal cooking - we often cook for each other when everyone's in, which has the added benefit of meaning you don't have to cook every single night!
