Self contained annex close to Addenbrooks

We have a large fully furnished, newly built annex available November, 2021. It comes with full ensuite, mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and sink. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is access to the annex via a side gate.

All bills are included (unlimited broadband, gas, electricity, council tax, etc). There is plenty of on street parking nearby and the back garden is secure to park your bike safely. We are 5min cycle to Addenbrooks, 8min to the station and 15min cycle to town. The no. 3 bus comes right by our house.

About us. We are a young family of 5 (3 kids aged between 3 years and 7 years).
We are a friendly bunch and up for a chat but we’re also very busy with the kids and work so we’re ideally looking for a lodger who is very independent, who doesn’t mind children and is respectful of others space. Our kids are generally well behaved but they are kids and they do make noise.

While we would expect the tenant to come into the house to use the washing machine and perhaps occasionally use the kitchen, we anticipate this to be minimal.
