Single room for rent in Cambridge (MIll Road area)

Hello all,

From the 4th of December I am looking for someone to share my two-room apartment with in Cambridge (minimum rent 6 months). The apartment is conveniently located close to the end of Mill Road. It's a 5 minutes walk to the nearest Sansbury's supermarket in Coldhams Lane and a 10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop to the Wellcome Campus. The University is a 30 minutes walk away.

The apartment is a beautiful maisonette in a quiet and family-oriented neighbourhood. Except for the entrance, the entire living area has a wooden floor. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room, a dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. The room that will be available is the single bedroom; if necessary, the bedroom can come with a desk and a chest of drawers.

The rent will be about 650£ and it will include: rent, water, electricity, council tax, internet, and gas. The rent might slightly increase depending on the increase in bills that will take place in October.

The landlady is definitely one of the best I've had: she's super friendly, always available, and ready to quickly fix any problem in the house.

About me: I'm an Italian research associate in the Department of Genetics at the University of Cambridge and visiting worker at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute.

About the future tenant: I am looking for a female working professional that is clean and respectful. I am fully vaccinated and would like the future tenant to be as well. If you would like to visit the property, do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
