Double room available in a beautiful 4-bed house in a friendly neighbourhood.
Close to the Science Park, Cambridge North station, and 30min walking distance into the city centre.
I'm moving out after 3 years to move into a place with my partner, leaving behind 3 great housemates.
The house is incredible, with a very spacious homely lounge, lovely kitchen, big dining room/study and a beautiful garden. There's three parking spaces, a big garage for bikes/gym equipment and a nice bathroom.
The room itself is very spacious with a King-sized bed and lots of floorspace.
My housemates are Joe, Matty and Nina, who are an engineering consultant, a PhD student and a financial auditor. We started off as strangers and became good friends.
We like to socialise, cook together, watch TV, go climbing or gym, go to the pub.
The rent is a bargain thanks to a generous landlord, and the rooms tend to be very popular, although they don't come up often due to us wanting to stay!
We have a 12 month contract which is ending in September, but we extend it by 12 months each year, so should be negotiable to extend further.
Bills come to around £110 a month all included.
