Good sized single bed in Central Cambridge

We're Cian and Alex and we have a spare room available from January in our 3 bed house in Cambridge, just off of Victoria Road and a few minutes walk from Jesus Green.

The room is a good sized single, with a built-in closet. It comes with furniture: you have the choice of either a single bed and mattress, or a double mattress (without bed). There is also a chair and custom-fitted desk. Any of these can be removed if you'd like to bring your own.

In the rest of the house there is a nicely sized living room and kitchen. We have our own garden and garage and access to a car park.

We are two professionals, ideally looking for another professional but are open to options. We enjoy socialising, but also like our own downtime during the week. Alex loves bikes and I am into books and films.

We're are relaxed, easygoing, tidy people looking for a like minded individual.

The rent is £430pcm without bills and the Council Tax band is band D. Contract length is open-ended as we are currently on a rolling monthly periodic tenancy with our letting agent.
