The bathroom/shower/WC is on the first floor. Fast broadband is connected with a wireless router. The room available is at the front on the first floor. It has a large bed (120cm wide), desk, shelves and cupboards. Its large windows are double-glazed and look out on to Mill Street. The pictures show the room and the shared kitchen/dining area (but the house is currently being redecorated and will look different). It is available from 21 October 2024 for a minimum of 6 months at a rent of £550 pcm plus bills. You can expect the bills to be in the range £130/160 per girl per month summer/winter, including Council Tax at Band D.
