Close to the Beehive Centre (Supermarkets and ships and gyms) and 5 mins walk to Mill Road (shops and restaurants). 3 mins to nature on Coldhams Lane with lovely walks. 15 mins walk to the riverside on the Chisholm trail. 10 mins cycle to Parkers Piece.

* The house is clean, restored to original features. Wooden floors and doors. Low maintenance front garden and long rear garden. On street parking.

* Use of the the shared spaces garden, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and sitting room.

* Kitchen is equipped with the essentials, including a below counter fridge and washing machine.

* Looking for a quiet, respectful and tidy professional who is happy to be in the house on their own for quite a lot of the time. Landlady uses the house as their base in Cambridge and has a partner and teenager that also stay on occasions.

For the Electricity and Heating the Landlady will contribute for the time they are there. No Broadband currently setup as the previous lodger used their mobile.
