The room is available Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday (5 nights) and so would suit someone who works in Cambridge but who goes away at weekends. Apart from the room there is an adjacent shower room which is primarily for use of lodger but not exclusively. The room is on the ground floor. Our home is clean, warm and quiet.
It will suit someone who is quite self contained, isn't into big cooking.
We are a friendly retired professional couple who have enjoyed having lodgers for some time. We have a lovely dog.. No car parking, Central location, just off Mill Road with easy walking distance to rail and bus station and town centre. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants, Available from 10th April. .Minimum 3 month let with 1 months notice. Rent of £500 includes all bills and is to be paid in advance of each month.
