Monday to Friday small single room in Cambridge

Monday to Friday small single room for single occupancy only. Weekends not available sorry. This is why it reflects in cheaper price. However, sometimes is exception if I am on holidays or tenant has meeting or party at the weekend. Then maybe in future for the right person will let to stay full time if trust builds up mutually overtime.

All bills included.
Minimum stay 3 months. Deposit 300 pounds.
Available from 1st May 2023.

Suits professional or student who is during weekdays works or studies in Cambridge, bothers to travel long distance or wants to save time travelling to his hometown every day...etc....

We are 3 professionals in 35-45 age range. One is working Monday to Friday trumping on truck around UK so he is not at home on weekdays. Other one is living Monday to Thursday as weekends away to his family. Other one is working and living permanently but works long hours usually 7AM-10PM.

Large kitchen... separate toilet and bathroom, large garden, 2 large fridges but not much space in cupboards. Also we have toaster, microwave, washing machine etc....
